Returns and Refund 

Returning items is a breeze! Simply send an email to hello@mirthmerry.com.auwith your order number and the products you wish to return, and we'll take care of everything for you.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order.
• All items must be in brand new, unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition with their original packaging intact.
• Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns for custom made items.
• You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs and ensuring that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the items to ensure they reach us safely.
